It has been a busy month. Lots going on, including a major project at work and shipping my youngest off to college. Somehow, inbetween all that, I managed to finish the draft of book two in the Heroes of Ravenford series. Book Two picks up right where book one left off.
The Heroes have made it back to Ravenford, but a new threat looms on the horizon. This new enemy calls themselves the “Serpent Cult”. For some unknown reason they have targeted Ravenford. The Heroes must find out what this “Cult” is after and protect the town from their malevolent designs.
Before they can do so, the Heroes are whisked away to the coast. There they must uncover the mystery behind the disappearing ships. Why did the Lucky Coin sink? Was there really a sea monster? Who are the three sisters and what is their secret? Are they somehow involved in all this? Is the Cape Marlin Lighthouse really deserted?
Once again join Glolindir, Aksel, Seth, Lloyd and Elladan as they follow a twisted trail of intrigue and danger. It is a path that leads from Ravenford, to the coast, and back again. A trail on which they will face armies of monsters, horrifying demons, fearsome dragons, deadly assassins, evil mages and perhaps worst of all, diplomatic officials.
Can the Heroes overcome these obstacles and still save the town of Ravenford from a fate worse than death?
